I’m DSC. I make guitar covers of video game music, film scores and other artists on my YouTube channel. I also stream live shows and games on my Twitch Channel.

I’ve been playing guitar since 2007 and was heavily influenced to pick up the instrument by bands like Green Day, The Living End and Metallica. I began creating Green Day covers in 2009 until my account for terminated for uploading one of their music videos. Fast forward to 2012, I decided to start arranging and producing my own video game covers after watching and being inspired by channels like CSGuitar89, FamilyJules and ArtificialFear.

My channel began gaining traction in 2012 when one of my StarCraft II covers was on the front page of reddit. Some of my most popular covers from this point include: The Last of Us, Marvel Cinematic Universe, Star Wars, Plants. VS. Zombies, Super Mario, and more!

In 2015, I released a collaborative Pokemon tribute album, “AcroMach: A Hoenn Tribute”, with the incredibly talented Joanna Lee. You can find it on Spotify and Apple Music.

In 2014, I contributed to a massive compilation album for charity, “Multiplayer: A Tribute to Video Games”.

I also put out a Plants VS. Zombies album in 2021 titled “DSC x PvZ”, which includes a few re-recordings of my older Plants VS. Zombies covers, as well as a cover for every single level in the game!

And with a few breaks here and there, I’ve been uploading covers from my favourite games, movies, shows and artists every week. Along with a handful of collaborations, commissions and live streams!
